Discovery Consultation
We listen before we recommend anything.
Every engagement starts with a conversation — not a pitch. We take the time to understand how you live or work, what you want your technology to do for you, what hasn't worked in the past, and what your project timeline and budget actually look like. Whether you're in the planning stages of a new build or sitting on an existing system that's never performed the way it should, this conversation shapes everything that follows. There's no charge for this call and no obligation to move forward.

Site Assessment & Plan Review
We look at what exists before we design what comes next.
For new construction projects we review architectural plans, electrical drawings, and any existing technology specifications to identify gaps, conflicts, and opportunities. For existing installations we conduct a full on-site systems audit — documenting what's installed, how it's configured, and where it's falling short. This phase gives us the foundation to design a system that fits your actual space, not a generic template.
System Design & Specification
A complete, manufacturer-agnostic specification built around your project.
This is the core of what we do. Using everything we learned in the discovery and assessment phases, we produce a detailed system design and written specification that covers every technology system in scope — AV, lighting control, automation, networking, security, and access control. Our specifications are written independently, meaning no brand loyalty and no manufacturer influence. Every recommendation is justified by your project's requirements, not by anyone's margin.

Bid Management & Integrator Selection
We put your project out to bid — and we know who to call.
With a complete specification in hand, we manage a competitive bid process on your behalf. We identify qualified integrators for your project type, issue the specification, collect proposals, and review them line by line. Because we wrote the spec independently, every bidder is quoting the same scope — which means you get a true apples-to-apples comparison for the first time. We present our findings clearly and help you select the right partner for your project, not just the lowest number.
Construction Administration & Oversight
We stay involved so nothing gets lost between design and installation.
A specification is only as good as the installation it produces. During construction we review submittals, respond to RFIs, conduct site visits at critical milestones, and make sure what gets installed matches what was designed. When integrators propose substitutions or changes, we evaluate them independently and advise you on whether they're acceptable. You have an advocate on your side for the entire build — not just at the beginning.

Final Walkthrough & System Verification
We don't close out a project until everything works the way it was designed to.
Before we sign off on any project, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough and system verification. Every function gets tested against the original specification. Every scene, every integration point, every automated sequence. If something doesn't perform to standard, we document it and hold the integrator accountable for resolution. You get a complete as-built package — documentation of everything that was installed and how it was configured — so you're never dependent on a single integrator's institutional knowledge to maintain your own system.
